Friday Walk & Talks Spring 2019

Beginning March 29 at 12:15 in front of Beardshear Hall, we’ll walk one mile around our beautiful campus! The spring walks will be every Friday until May 17 with a total of eight Friday walks. These 30 minute walks are a great way to enjoy nice spring weather, mingle with colleagues, or just take a break from the office. ISU WellBeing will join you for the one-mile walk in almost any weather: rain, snow (surely no snow!), cloudy days, and hopefully a lot of sunny days! You are always welcome to walk the one mile route at your own pace

If you are a participant in Adventure2 (ISU’s online employee well-being program), you are eligible to earn 100 points for walking six out of the eight walks! To earn the points you must check in via Adventure2 each week. For those off campus and wanting to earn your points, create your own Walk & Talk group on Fridays at noon at your location. Walk on six of the eight Fridays, record your walks, and earn your Adventure2 points.
